This is my only ever scathing review of a product. Webroot 5.0 is easily bypassed by anyone who wants to bypass it. In addition, we allowed our 1 year subscription to expire not wanting to renew the useless product. Unfortunately - Yes, our fault - my wife, keeper of the password, lost the pass code. No problem, we figured, we’ll just let the subscription expire and it will be null. NOPE. When Webroot 5.0 expires, locks up your entire internet. It blocks everything, ie., google, ebay, amazon, etc, etc. Customer service can do nothing for you and neither can anyone else. We have to flush everything on our computer and re-install the operating system.

I used Webroot parental controls. The product was easily bypassed by my teen. When I asked tech support for help, they were difficult to contact and offered no help.
